Our Leadership

Octopus Security and Allied Services Ltd (OSAS) is a wholly-owned indigenous private security outfit registered in Nigeria in 2011. The ownership is diversified with som Nigerians as shareholders. It is projected that in the near future, OSAS will go into partnership with reputable international security companies to improve service delivery, further enhance international best practices and widen its reach in Nigeria and the West Africa sub-region. At present, the Chairman of the company is Lt col L. A Balogun (rtd) while the Chief Executive Officer is Olubunmi Bamidele Akintola, also a retired military intelligence General. Lieutenant Colonel (Chief) L. Akin BALOGUN (retired) is the Chairman of the company. He was commissioned as an officer in the Nigerian Army in 1970. He held staff and command appointments during his career in the Army that spanned 19 years of unblemished record.
