Our service delivery is excellent and we provide the best security solutions through innovation, strict adherence to quality, training and compliance with international standards. Octopus Security Allied Service Limited is a duly registered private security company in Nigeria. The company was incorporated on 15 March 2011 and officially commenced full security operations in 2013. Since inception, we have built a strong reputation for delivering professional, reliable, and standards-compliant security services across various sectors.
The company operates in full compliance with Nigerian laws and industry regulations. Our certifications and licenses include:
Operational License (Category A) issued by the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC), authorizing us to provide security services across multiple states in Nigeria.
DPR License (authorizing our operations with oil and gas sector)
ISO 45001 Certification for Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems.
Our Leadership
Octopus Security and Allied Services Ltd (OSAS) is a wholly-owned indigenous private security outfit registered in Nigeria in 2011. The ownership is diversified with som Nigerians as shareholders. It is projected that in the near future, OSAS will go into partnership with reputable international security companies to improve service delivery, further enhance international best practices and widen its reach in Nigeria and the West Africa sub-region. At present, the Chairman of the company is Lt col L. A Balogun (rtd) while the Chief Executive Officer is Olubunmi Bamidele Akintola, also a retired military intelligence General. Lieutenant Colonel (Chief) L. Akin BALOGUN (retired) is the Chairman of the company. He was commissioned as an officer in the Nigerian Army in 1970. He held staff and command appointments during his career in the Army that spanned 19 years of unblemished record.
